KIKI VHYCE
Hi, my name is Kiki Vhyce! I am the founder of BUILTFIT and a Certified Fitness Trainer. I began BUILTFIT (under Kiki Vhyce Fitness) in 2017 with one goal in mind - to leverage my knowledge of Fitness and Health to improve the lives of as many people as I could.
As a coach, my core beliefs revolve around mindset, consistency and discipline. With the correct training & nutrition, I was able to transform my body and continually progress through many phases of my journey over the last 10 years. If I can do it...you can too!
Fitness and Nutrition, to me, is all about constantly evolving and breaking the mould. To see change, we need to MAKE change and remain committed to our goals. The only way to make sustainable, lifelong changes is to take accountability, stay consistent and constantly learn as you progress through your journey.
Over the years I have been able to learn key fundamentals of fitness and nutrition and apply them to my own results.
My training and nutrition methods helped me create the shape I always desired, transforming my physique from a slender athletic girl to a 2 x IFBB Bodybuilding Champion.
I was initially intending to compete many years ago , however I suffered from a debilitating health issue at the time that put a lot of things in my life on hold. It was a devastating time in my life that I am really thankful I came out of. Since recovering, I have put every ounce of energy into my self-improvement and becoming the strongest and best version of myself I possibly can be - both physically and mentally, as I believe both are equally important.
Having such an experience with my health really put a lot of things in perspective for me. I am still young, so never once did I think I would go through something like that at my age. I treasure the gift of life and am thankful for everyday I am still here and encourage others to do the same. Making positive changes and getting back on track was a major step forward in my mindset after such a setback, but it made all the difference and made me such a stronger, more passionate person - for not only my dreams but for life itself.
The ambition inside drives me to be my absolute best and let nothing stand in the way of me and where I want to be. Along with my own journey of growth and learning - I want to uplift others along the way who are struggling with their own setbacks and hardships - no matter how big or small they may be.

My mission is to improve the lives of my clients through a combination of physical fitness, proper nutrition and a journey of self discovery and evolution. We are training the body AND the mind to become fitter, better and stronger. I leverage my skills and fitness expertise to give my clients all the quality support and resources they need to get the most out of their training and to completely
change their lives.

I don't just train my clients to achieve better physiques, I help guide them on all levels, and prepare them to take on anything mentally.
I specialize in creating aesthetic, sculpted and strong bodies for both women and men. This includes sustainable fat loss, muscle gain and total body recomposition.
No matter what goal you have, my aim is to remove all the stress surrounding your fitness and nutrition, and help you not only get the results you are after, but results that ALSO last. I do this by providing you with a
